    Had not iron, but received one when requested. Not sure of cleanliness. Found black hair everywhere on floor and a huge wad of hair was under bathroom door with hair on floor in every room.

  • Perfect retreat for family

    Two families(4 parents and 5 teens) stayed here. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. It was quiet, private, and so much fun for the kids. No one was on the backyard beach and we snorkeled and paddle boarded. The house comes with 2 kayaks.

    This four bedroom villa is perfectly situated on the North Side of Grand Cayman away from the crowds of 7 Mile Beach. The beach is quite private with only a few homes sharing a nice stretch of beach. We enjoyed our time snorkeling off the beach and relaxing on the front deck.

  • No ac and no hot water

    Location was fabulous. No ac for first three days. Temperature inside was between 78 and 83. No hot water in one of the bathrooms for first three of four days. Cookware very very poor. Location and beach were exquisite. Property manager was fabulous

    Hi Jane, we're so glad you enjoyed the location of this home! We followed up with the owner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    - We apologize for the inconvenience with the A/C and hot water during your stay, and were happy to have our property manager address the issues as soon as you brought them to our attention. The challenge is that on islands, things move at "island time," which is why it took a few days to have the A/C condenser and hot water heater replaced.
    - We'll be sure to assess our cookware inventory to properly prepare the home for future guests!
