Evolve Pro Management Plan — Pricing & Additional Terms
These terms apply to Properties enrolled in Evolve’s Pro management plan under your Vacation Rental Management Agreement (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. Evolve may update this page from time to time; the version in effect at the time of a Booking governs that Booking.
Pro Management Fee
Your Management Fee under the Pro Management Plan is a percentage of all non-tax portions of the Rate, mandatory fees (including cleaning fees), and any optional fees paid by the Guest for each Booking. The applicable percentage depends on the number of active Properties in your portfolio with Evolve. A Property is “active” if it is available for rent and has not been resigned. A Linked Listing does not count as active property in terms of the Management Fee scale.
Evolve may modify this fee matrix at any time in accordance with the “Changes to Evolve Fees” section of the Agreement. We’ll provide at least 30 days’ notice before any change takes effect. If you disagree with a revised fee, you may terminate the Agreement as described therein; continuing to use our Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised fee.
