4/5 Size of house was nice. Hot tub not available and that was disappointing. Sign said can’t use during cold weather. No wine glasses in the house and kitchen items disorganized and hard to locate. Living room furniture not comfortable. Upstairs bathroom shower floor is very slippery and needs a mat.
