4/5 Great location. Air conditioning problematic at temp upstairs drifted up at night (or set to go up during night ) and got too hot. Needs new mattresses and sheets did not fit beds. Lots of activities for families. House layout is great. Needs some updating.

Guy's golf trip (Pinehurst & Tobacco Road)
4/5 Home was nice and the pictures don't do the location justice (beautiful!!). Home was definitely not cleaned prior to arrival and both fridges were full of random stuff which made it difficult for us to put away the food and drinks we bought.It was fairly hot upstairs and somewhat uncomfortable in the evening. Luckily it was not too hot outside during our stay so it was ok.There were no paper towels and very little toilet paper so we had to go buy that stuff which was a little annoying.There was stuff everywhere outside and in the garage so we could not park inside and could barely get all of our golf clubs in there.The house had plenty of cooking necessities which was very helpful.There is not much around the community which nice but inconvenient at the same time.All in all it was a great home with some nice anmenities (except the beach park you're not allowed to use and no boat rentals within 45 minutes). If you want a quiet place to relax this is the home for you!We thouroughly cleaned up and organized after we left so the next guest would be good to go. We have rentals so we know the deal.
