Beautiful getaway, we loved waking up and seeing all of the animals like goats, cows and donkeys. The Hot Tub was the perfect way to end the chilly night! We will be coming back here when we visit Asheville again.

The cabin and our host were wonderful! Such a cozy place and the hot tub was so nice to aid our relaxation on vacation. Our host left fresh eggs and honey and made the fold out beds for us. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for easy breakfasts or cooking a meal at home. The only hitch for me was that it wasn't super clear in the description that the upper and lower levels are not connected by indoor stairs. You have to walk outside and use the code to access one or the other. That's really only a problem if you're staying here with young children which we did with our 3. Two or one kid and you could all sleep on the same level together. We ended up just moving the mattresses so we could all be together.

Super nice place that feels way out but super close to town. You get that country feeling without having to drive to get to places. Had everything we needed, enjoyed the firepit where i cooken dinner. Enjoyed the hot tup after walking the Biltmore all day. Loved the chickens and the familiar sound of the Roosters crow. Enjoyed playing ball with the dog, met the host who is fantastic! Some people may not enjoy a Rooster but i do...he is kept in the coop untol later in the mornings though. Fresh eggs waiting for you for breakfast! Awesome place to watch the star filled sky at night...loved it!

From the owner: "Thanks for your encouraging review, Billy. I am always blessed to hear a guest enjoyed my cabin. Thanks also for making sure folks reading your comments know the rooster is kept in his insulated coop until after 8:30 AM. Kind regards, and I hope you all come again."
Friendly host and very responsive. Beautiful property and views and convenient for access to lots of great hiking and breweries.
