  The place has great potential but had some issues. The heat did not work and got chilly at night. The keyless lock did not work for us. It did not look like the place was cleaned very well and had no trash bags. Did not use the dishwasher because I was not sure if it worked and could not find any pods or detergent. The showers were slow draining and low pressure.Enjoyed the quiet environment and fire pit in the back. The game room was okay, the pool table worked well, but there was no foosball to play the foosball table and only found one good ping pong ball. We did not use the game table downstairs because it had something on it that was sticky. We used the table upstairs and it worked for playing games. Even with all the issues we enjoyed our time there and made the best of it.

  Heating: It's distressing to learn that the heating system seemed unresponsive during your stay, as it was fully operational. The thermostat for the heating system is indeed separate from the fireplace control, which you were using, and both are labeled for clarity. To prevent any future confusion, we've now added larger labels and detailed instructions in our welcome book. Our goal is always to ensure our guests are comfortable regardless of the season.
  
  Keyless Lock: The code provided is indeed for the lockbox, not the deadbolt. I understand this might have been unclear, and we have taken steps to improve our instructions and labeling on the lockbox to prevent this confusion in the future.
  
  Cleaning and Maintenance: It's important to us that our guests arrive at a clean and inviting home. Although the house was cleaned before your arrival and checked by our cleaner, your experience indicates we missed the mark. We have since changed to a cleaning service with excellent reviews to ensure a meticulous welcome for all future guests.
  
  Dishwasher and Supplies: The dishwasher is new and fully operational. We had detergent available, and to make things easier, we will now label the cabinets for quick access to supplies. We'll also make sure to include dishwasher pods for added convenience.
  
  Plumbing: The slow drainage and water pressure you experienced have been addressed immediately with a plumbing service. We're committed to resolving such issues swiftly and are now implementing a routine check to prevent such inconveniences.
  
  Game Room: We're thrilled you enjoyed the pool table! The extra foosball and ping-pong balls are stored in the game room cabinet, which has now been clearly labeled to ensure all guests can easily find extra game equipment. Also, the sticky residue on the downstairs table was indeed due to a spill of superglue, which has since been cleaned.
  
  Your experience has given us valuable insight, and we are actively making improvements based on your feedback. I wish we had been aware of these issues during your stay, as we would have done everything in our power to resolve them immediately.   It was wonderful! We had the perfect amount of space both inside and outside for our weekend. Was really nice and will definitely book again!
