Nice clean house in nice neighborhood
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. This is a downstairs unit in a duplex that is well taken care of. The neighborhood is quite but has a few nice restaurants and a good grocery story a few blocks away. It is an easy uber ride to the more touristy areas of town and a right next to the fairgrounds.

Good, although a couple of niggles
4/5 Generally a good stay as per the ratings and a good location. The air conditioning unit is outside one of the rear bedrooms and shared with the upstairs apartment. This is noisy and, if the residents upstairs switch it on at night, it's not good for sleeping in the rear rooms. It can also be a bit noisy having upstairs residents generally and we'd look to avoid this in future bookings. Initial access using the key code lock was not problematic, but we did subsequently lock ourselves out twice and had to contact the owner for help to override what we discovered was a separate deadlock we'd inadvertently set when locking ourselves in at night and not realising it had to be checked and reset if needs before leaving - an update to the instructions would help in this respect.

Girls trip!
5/5 Great location, lovely home. No complaints everything was wonderful. Just a teeny ask for a trash bin in the restroom for the ladies :)
