Great location, convenient off street parking, comfortable space
5/5 This first floor apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood and has off street parking close to the building door. Inside it is spacious with large rooms, remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds and seating in the living room plus a nice dining room table and chairs for six. The host provided us with coffee and plenty of snacks. It is quiet, clean and conveniently located near downtown just a short drive away. We will hopefully stay here again when we come to visit.

5/5 The house was so clean, the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful, and everything was so conveniently located. And communication with the owner was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Great Location
4/5 We stayed in Lexington for a few nights to visit the University of Kentucky and do some sightseeing around Lexington. The neighborhood was a nice place to walk around. I even took an afternoon to wander around Ashland. It was beautiful.
The location was convenient to downtown Lexington and UK. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch swing to people watch and relax outside. Having access to laundry was also a bonus.
The beds are not the most comfortable and there didn't seem to be local TV access (or at least we couldn't figure it out) but neither of these things were deal breakers for us. We would still stay here again.

5/5 The place was clean and they went above to welcome us with coffee and goodies. Thanks so much. We want to stay again as we plan to come back next year to “Road to the horse”.
