Location was great!
4/5 First of all, location is fantastic!! We did have some issues. There was no power/internet in the living room and the a/c didn’t work. Jamison was great, he had people come and look at the problems immediately. Everything was repaired while we were there. Meaning we had contractors in our house for 3 full days fixing electrical issues and installing new a/c unit. The owners didn’t feel we deserved a discount since they repaired all the problems while we were there, BUT, Evolve agreed we should be compensated for having contractors in our house during our vacation. We were given a refund for part of our stay.

Darling Beach bungalow rental
4/5 We enjoyed the location, home and proximity to the ocean! One bathroom in main house can be a bit taxing! The separate house with full bathroom, laundry and kitchenette is quaint and cozy! Beach access is around the construction site next door. You cannot climb up and over the dunes. This house has a huge back porch with beautiful sunset views!! We enjoyed this trip immensely!!!

Beach Retreat in the Trees!
5/5 Somerset House is a lovely retreat nestled in a grove of tall pines and palms on the beach. The rental is in the ONLY clump of trees on the beach, and is a reminder of days long past before the birth of the high-rise condo.
This beach house is a blast from the past, while being hidden in the middle of the city! I have already booked a return visit!
