  Quaint little condo. Close to beach. Have to drive to better restaurants but that was ok. Would have preferred to walk.

  After just two days I LEFT the property. I just couldn't take it anymore. Besides the crappy neighborhood it was in, the walls were paper thin. I had a family next door who was so loud it was like they were standing right next to me. Baby screaming crying. Kids yelling. Parents yelling & cursing up a storm at their kids. This was all the first night and the second day. The walls were so thin I could hear the family out the bedroom window in the next building! Same thing! It was insane! I got woken up at 7am, 9am & 9:30am on the first day of my vacation. Between the family next door and the family in the next building it was crazy! I came to sleep & relax. This was NOT what happened. I finally left the second day and sent a note to the owner who NEVER responded! I am requesting a refund. On top of that, this place was so small, the room at the hotel I went to was bigger than the entire condo! There was no room to move. I had no balcony in the sun. Everything was shaded. There were very few TV stations to watch. This was a god awful experience. I don't know how places like this get listed on Vrbo. Like I said, I want a refund for the days I did not stay. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday! I have pictures of the neighborhood that I can send. and how close the condos are that you can hear everything

Our neighboring units have been recently renovated with additional insulation, and we maintain a strict policy regarding noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. While we understand that noise can occasionally be a concern in shared living spaces, we have not received any complaints from other guests regarding this matter.
  -Furthermore, we would like to address your comments about the television and cable access. We provide upgraded cable services to ensure a wide range of channels and access to streaming sites for our guests' entertainment.
  -In conclusion, we believe that we have upheld our responsibilities as hosts and provided accurate information about the property. We regret that your expectations were not fully met but stand by the quality and accuracy of our listing.

• Lovely getaway for two

  We enjoyed our short March trip to mission bay in San Diego. The apartment was just as pictured - clean, bright, inviting, and was wonderfully close to the water. We saw dolphins, seals, and lots of diving pelicans from our front window. The weather was perfect with temps in the 50s and 60s. We went on many walks and runs along the bay and ocean boardwalks. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make and eat several meals at the apartment. The garage was small and definitely took both of us to park in it - a bigger car would not fit, but there is parking nearby if needed. You do really hear the planes from the airport early in the mornings, but not noted as much other times. We would definitely recommend.

• Great View From Small Condo

  We enjoyed our stay. There is a great view and the place is well-kept. Nice having our own garage, washer/ dryer and felt very secure with the gated key entry to the complex. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and all went well. The unit is relatively small so lived in close proximity to one another and it was very cumbersome trying to entertain any guests.
