5/5 Good location , great condo ! We went on a hike to Campbell mesa trail , very nice hike ! spent one day going to Grand Canyon ! Enjoyed our stay perfect place to start the Grand Canyon trip !

4/5 The property was clean and spacious for our group of 7. Pretty much everything at the country club was closed the work out facility was similar to what you would find at a hotel

Hub for Exploration
5/5 We enjoyed the feeling of home while using it as a hub to explore the northern part of Arizona. The place was clean, easy access to highways and amenities. The three days we were here were used to explore the Petrified Forest, Antelope Canyon, Sunset Crater, the Grand Canyon and a few smaller hiking spots in between.

Flagstaff Townhouse
3/5 The place was okay other then the cleaning. This place charges $200.00 for cleaning but as we arrived it wasn't cleaned throughly. The 2 beds upstairs did not have clean sheets. There was a lot of hair on them from the previous people that rented (gross). So we found clean sheets and changed our shelf. As I was putting the sheets on I noticed a crazy amount of human hair and pet hair on the floor under the bed. I took pictures of all this, a $200 cleaning fee the place should be cleaned thoroughly no exceptions. The washer and dryer were not available. And the closet door for the master bedroom was locked and not ablento use it. Nonetheless, it could have been a better experience.

- Our cleaner has been maintaining the home for the past four years, consistently delivering meticulous cleaning services. While the cleaning fee for the size of our property aligns with industry standards, we apologize that you felt otherwise.
- The laundry room is typically open for guest use. Occasionally, it may be locked by accident. If this occurs, guests can inform us, and we'll promptly provide the access code. We've also taken steps to prevent this from recurring.
- We utilize the primary bedroom closet for locked storage. To accommodate guests, we've placed a clothing rack on wheels in front of the door for added convenience.
We work hard to provide an outstanding stay for all guests, and we look forward to hosting many happy travelers.wonderful
