  This experience was very good. The place was extremely clean. The appliances were very nice. The beds and linens were comfortable. The communication with the property management was outstanding. They were very clear that the Dish service was spotty and streaming services really weren’t supported so we screen mirrored from our mobile phones and it was flawless. The AC was outstanding. The grill was outstanding. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

• The house had multiple problems due to a lack of maintenance.

  The downstairs tub leaked when the drain was opened. ALL of the water leaked. Stairway rail is shaky, screw is coming loose. Both toilet seats needed tightening every day. No fire extinguisher, even outside by the fire pit. Many other little things that should be fixed Also. No side tables in the bedrooms, no lamps. Closets stuffed. We have booked a week in April 2023. Hope all of this is repaired by then. The view is the keeper for us.

  Hi Pamela, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We're disappointed to hear you had some issues during your stay and our home did not meet your expectations.
  - We take our guest feedback seriously and have since had the tub tested multiple times, and no leak has been found, it's possible that the shower lining was left outside of the tub during a shower. We have not received this complaint from guests since your stay.
  - The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink, and a water hose is located near the firepit so an extinguisher is not required there.
  - Our home is a small house with small closets and limited storage, but there is room in each closet to hang clothing and store linens.
  - Our maintenance crew has since put new screws in the toilet lids so there will be no issues with the toilet lids becoming lose again. We also had them check on the two stairway handrails, they each have three brackets and they were able to determine that one was a little lose but they were still secure and stable, this issue has since been resolved.
  - We take our listing accuracy seriously and can confirm we only advertise small bedside table and lamp in the master bedroom, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  We enjoyed our stay. This property, while not 100 percent accessible, was very doable for older folks with a walker. Something that is super hard to come by.
