Location was perfect!
5/5 Solid stay, right across the street from the beach! The condo was well-equipped for our short stay, and the guest contact was quick with replies. Short drive or walk to the main entertainment area. Perfect for what we needed it for!
4/5 Overall, the property is clean but appears dated and in need of repairs and upgrades. The floors were quite sandy, which is typical for a beach condo. The patio view is particularly enjoyable during times of low traffic; however, daytime traffic can be very loud at times.

5/5 4/5 We had a much needed and relaxing stay. We started off bumpy with the key code not working. Had to contact the property owner to get access to the other door which we had to continue to use for the entire stay. We also found the kitchen lacking in cookware, no big pots to use. While this property is not high end and updated, it is functional and comfortable. Really enjoyed watching the shrimp boats from the room along with the pelicans. I was disappointed that I did not see dolphins from the room but I did see them from Pier 61
