A gem with great location.
5/5 This place was a fantastic find - it even made some friends who stayed at another place in town jealous over how nice it was!Great location, comfortable, clean and quiet. And Rainshadow Cafe is a fantastic place just steps away from the house. Next time I’m in Sequim, I hope this place is available.

What a gem!
5/5 This has got to be one of my best finds for housing on a trip, and we travel a lot!
What a great location with the best coffee house right out the back door, well, just a short walk anyway to Rainshadow Cafe’!
The house is comfortable, clean, affordable, roomy, quiet, and stocked with everything kitchen wise you need for any length of stay.
Next time I’m in Sequim, I hope this place is available!
The Spruce Building is absolutely delightful!
5/5 My friend and I spent 5 nights in the Spruce Building to celebrate our 70th birthdays. We loved it!! The 2 bedroom house is comfortable and conveniently located. We could walk most anywhere we wanted to go in Sequim. We enjoyed the farmers market on Saturday morning— just a block and a half from the house! There were a couple of minor problems (a slow drain in the bathroom and a nonfunctional outlet in the kitchen) but Chris and Felicia were responsive and helpful. We’ll be back!!

Downtown convenience
5/5 Shopping within walking distance. Groceries a short drive. Close to lots of outdoor activities. Plenty of space. Kitchen well stocked.
