Lovely second-floor cottage overlooking Lake Conroe
4/5 We Loved the house...except for two details:
1) the deck, all of the furniture, and the window to the kitchen were covered with spider webs and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week or more.
2) We prefer fresh air to air-conditioning but only the front door and the sliding pass-through window to the deck opened in the main living area and neither had screens. We wished the other three large windows in the Living Room had opened, or at least, that there were screens for the door and window that did.

Perfect little getaway on the lake
5/5 Everything was clean and nicely updated. Property was nice with a large grass yard going right up to the lake. Highly recommended.
