5/5 My adult daughter and I had a girls’ getaway after an eventful year. The studio suite we stayed in was plenty big enough for us. walk right outside to the beach. Close to all the main sites. The rooftop deck has an awesome view and pool is the deepest I have seen in 20 years. (12 feet!)

Studio room at PCB
5/5 This was a special trip for my daughter and me. We found this cute little studio which was perfect for us. Right on the beach! And on Front Beach Drive , just up from Pier Park. Close to all the things we wanted to do!
The studio was plenty big with a fold out full bed couch and queen bed. The building is in a state of remodel which was noisy during the day but they did not start work to early.
Nice to have a kitchen to cook meals. My only suggestion would be to stock staples for guests. Such as a small quantity of coffee with the filters; salt and pepper, etc. Also more toilet paper;).
The contact person Evelyn was wonderful and seemed genuinely interested in our satisfaction.
The parking was also inconvenient at times and dt construction seems limited. So to avoid hunting for a parking space at night would suggest keep your car parked and get an Uber or a golf cart to get around since most things are close by!
Great view of the Ocean
5/5 There was a great view of the ocean from our room and we loved the property. There is some rehab going on right now, we were not disturbed by any noise but pool is not open. Perfect for 3 or 4 if you want to be on the beach! I love that it was a mid-rise. No long elevator waits. plenty of areas to relax off the beach when you don't want to deal with the sand..
