  Nancy was very nice and a terrific hostess, available via text or phone call to answer any questions. It took some getting used to the separate entrances for the living/kitchen and bedroom/bath but after a couple days it was fine. The living/kitchen area would have been more enjoyable except for there was an odor that would not leave. We could not figure out the cause but it kept us from spending any time in this room. The backyard was quite pleasant with a honeysuckle bush in full bloom (and scent!) plus an orange and grapefruit tree that we were free to pick! Quiet and private we enjoyed our morning coffee out here. All in all a nice quiet residential area with a store and restaurants in walking distance.

  We stayed here in January and were equally pleased with our springtime visit. The flowers on site added a sweetness to our time. Nancy is a very thoughtful and responsive host!

  Host is very hospitable and accommodating. Outstanding communication from her! Some of the following may not be issues for some people but I want to be transparent. There were a few things that were misleading from the posting. Pictures misrepresenting as the grounds were weedy and needed a little love. Possibly due to recent storms. The bed felt more like a full than a queen. There are two stairs to get into bedroom/bath where the posting said it was ground level (might be an issue for disabled people). We were unsure what the complimentary basket was about as it consisted of decorative pine cones and psychology today magazines. Bathroom door doesn't close properly which can be an issue for privacy. There were some interesting signs about how to operate the bath and toilet. I was a little afraid I might clog it up. Overall it's a nice place just needs a little upkeep. Would be great for people with pets or someone attending the convention center or sports game. The host was super hospitable and even offered a late checkout and that was much appreciated.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the presence of weeds on the grounds. Due to weeks of heavy rain, our gardener was unable to provide their usual service before your arrival. The two steps into the bedroom are depicted in the listing photos to provide transparency about the property's layout. I regret any inconvenience they may have caused. The basket near the fireplace contains local information and flyers about nearby attractions, rather than complimentary treats. I apologize if this was unclear in the listing. Additionally, complimentary food baskets are provided for guests staying one week or more, which may not have been clearly communicated for your four-night stay. I will discuss this with Evolve, our management company, to ensure clarity in the future. The signs in the bathroom are intended to guide guests on proper toilet use to prevent clogs or flooding. I apologize if they seemed intrusive, but they are in place to prevent issues that have arisen in the past due to improper use. Your feedback is valuable, and I will address these points with Evolve to improve communication and ensure a better experience for future guests.
