Quiet and close to restaurants
5/5 This is a quiet and private space within blocks of bars, restaurants, cafes, . . . We went for a run every morning and found the neighborhood well-kept and frequent views of the water lovely.

Underground luxury, great location
5/5 This is a rare find that we'd definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seattle. The place is a beautiful clean and modern apartment located in a basement, full kitchen with a gas range and pet friendly.
The place is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle to live like a local. You can take a walk to the marina to Golden Gardens beach, take the bus to downtown (the elusive 17x express or walk to the 40 bus on 24th Ave), walk to the Ballard locks or explore the brewery district. One block away from a cute corner with a coffee shop/restaurant and bars. Very close to Fremont (some POI: Troll, Gas Works Park, Lenin Statue).
Also, the hosts are great! They provided us with everything we needed and beyond. Thanks!
