  Clean: yes. That's really important so I don't want to take away from that. Location: great. We took walks every day and it's nice to be outside of the city but not far away either. Furnishings: okay. The dining room chairs are horrible. There's no cushion or support so you're basically sitting in the chair frame - which means you just sit on the edge of the chair. We chose to sit on the floor in the family room to play games because it hurt our backside so much. The bed upstairs was too firm and several windows had no blinds making it hard to sleep in the morning. Oh, and there's no door on that room. The downstairs queen was too soft and with super soft pillows. Bring your own if you're driving. The lighting and heating is wonky. Seriously - controlling lights, blinds, and heater is not straightforward. The book that every rental has didn't provide much help. There's a panel in the hall to control the major lights in the main rooms instead of just a lightswitch in each room. There aren't any usable outdoor seating which is a real shame. They admit to having lots of exterior cameras which is fine but then they decorate their bathroom with antique cameras. Creepy and everyone in my party noticed and felt uncomfortable. Other: The garbage can was overflowing when we arrived on a Wed and still overflowing when we left on Sunday. Stinky. The Door code - I won't tell you what it was but I feel pretty confident it's the same for everyone because it's not wifi enabled and the pattern was quite possibly the most predictable and half of you could guess it. Not that this impacted us but there's a second fridge in the kitchen with a sign that says "Don't Open - It stinks". uh, so clean it. The electric blinds took some learning to operate and even then, had a few that didn't work.The water pressure was probably the worse I've ever experienced. My kids who attend USU and UVU decided to just shower at their apartment because it wasn't enough. I am not trying to do this so to harm the owners but to advise the renters and encourage the owners to address the issues. It needs work.

Additionally, we are having the blinds serviced, as we were unaware they were not working until your review brought it to our attention.
  -In response to the issue with the outside trash can, we have taken the necessary steps and removed it altogether. We have also been in contact with our cleaners regarding this oversight and are implementing measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
  -Unfortunately, we were not made aware of these issues during your stay, preventing us from addressing them promptly. While we regret not having the opportunity to resolve these concerns immediately, we are committed to improving for the benefit of future guests.
  -The remaining concerns have been duly noted, and we will address them in a manner that ensures the best possible resolution.

  10 minutes from Sundance. Had everything we needed. Awesome claw foot tub to soak in after a long day skiing. Great dining options in Provo 20 minutes away

  Shops at Riverwood was just down the canyon with great restaurants. Must try MOZZARELLA Pizza and Sundance Resort was minutes up the canyon. River rafting was just down the street.
