  Slow to respond to emails, had to repair dryer, bathroom door sticks very badly.

  - Regarding communication, we apologize for the delay in communication. Our preferred method of communication is by text as opposed to email as we receive an instant notification and can respond promptly.
  - We're sorry to hear about the issue you had with the dryer and appreciate your feedback. The start button needs to be pulled out and then pushed in for the dryer to start. We will ensure the instructions for the dryer are clearer so future guests do not share the same experience.
  - As for the bathroom door sticking, we're pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved and corrected.

  We enjoyed the opportunity to stay at this location. Just two of us but had everything we needed. The whole house for the price of an upscale hotel was a plus.

  We were sadly very disappointed with our stay at this location. This property is not as it appears in the pictures. It has cute decorations in a very run property. The hot water did not work the first day and half we were there. It was eventually fixed but we had to pack up our things each time we left so maintenance people could come. The neighborhood did not feel safe, like not safe enough for my daughter and I to stay there alone. Parts of it were clean and other parts not at all. Raymond was helpful with helping getting the hot water fixed but since has been hard to get a response from.

We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. While the hot water was a concern, we were glad to be able to get it resolved within 24 hours. While the neighbor's actions and decorations are outside of our control, we're sorry that your group felt uncomfortable during your stay. We go above and beyond in providing a comfortable experience for our guests, and we're sorry that outside circumstances changed that. We will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests.
  We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.

  The property was very cute and close to town. They had a nice welcome basket for us and a binder of things to do.
