Wonderful
5/5 Very nice property. Easy to find and plenty of parking room. We was able to just stay there and have all the fun we needed. I will definitely be staying there again.

Cosby Cabin
4/5 We had a nice vacation. Nice quiet neighborhood and very private. The yard could use some TLC, dead trees removed and a little weed eating or roundup. The cabin is nice, but could use a little TLC also. The AC was out upstairs when we arrived, but was repaired the next day. Everyone was very responsive, which means a lot!
4/5 The home itself was beautiful. I would recommend following up on your cleaning crew. There was spiderwebs in the windows on the inside, cobwebs on the wall decor, some trash under the sinks and on the porches. The 2nd story bedroom at the top of the stairs had a urine smell and when the bed was stripped the mattress protector was very stained and needed replaced. The 2nd floor porch on the front of the home has a huge hornet nest forming with hornets please take care of this so a child doesn’t get attacked if they go on that porch. The pool was clean but needs to be a bit cooler in temperature. The hot tub needs the jets cleaned. Only one jet worked really well. The home smelled a bit musty when you first walked in so we purchased candles that helped. The fusball table needs balls because there wasn’t any there. I phoned and requested some but they were never brought to us. All in all it was a relaxing vacation just needs a few attention to details fixed.

5/5 This cabin was great. Very nice inside and out. We had no problem finding the property. Everything in the cabin worked properly. I will be staying there gain.
