4/5 Could have had better host/check-in experience than this. Wouldnt recommend. Should have been notified about the shower situation and the temperature setting beforehand. Noisy upstairs. Good view and porch. Good price for what you get.

Pros and Cons
4/5 Pros: Beautiful area, very serene, saw birds, turtles, fish, crabs, and snakes, the beach is stunning in a natural setting, condo just steps from boardwalk to beach, and a pool, large deck porch, many restaurants close by, state park close by. Cons: Kitchen was not a chef's paradise, little counter space, every knife was very dull and useless, the spices were old, found one pan was crusted with burnt food, limited supplies of paper towels, and toilet paper, and gave only one trash bag, the shower is set so that you can not take a hot shower!!! all other taps worked fine, not as upscale as I thought the furnishings need improvement, pools are not heated.
