  Conveniently located near the beach and local restaurants. Very dog friendly; loved the totally fenced in back yard (which was much larger than we anticipated). Owner is very pro-active, ensuring all goes well with your stay. Would stay here again.

• Fabulous Retreat

  This property is just as described. It is clean and well equipped, including little extras like some snacks and water bottles in the fridge. The beds are very comfortable. There are sound machines, tons of towels, lots of places to charge electronics, games, all the things you need for the beach and even a golf cart to get you there. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and making s’mores over the fire pit. Tracy is a great host and we will definitely be back.

• Hidden Gem!

  Pawleys Island Retreat is extremely clean. The beds are comfy. Tracy is responsive and has thought of everything you might need and more. There are plenty of towels, games, lots of plugs for electronics, sound machines, all the beach needs, and even a golf cart to get you there. We had a great time taking the kayaks out and making s’mores over the fire in the fire pit. We will definitely be back.

  Perfect little spot less than a mile from the beach. Great for a morning run or golf cart ride. And having the golf cart and kayaks available for use makes this rental unbeatable. Cute, comfortable and clean! Wish we had been there longer, but we’ll be back!

• Great big family getaway!

  We stayed at the house from 2/7- 2/14 and were very pleased. Tracy has has done a great job of keeping this getaway simple yet attractive for easy maintenance while making his guests feel at home with little extra touches like a bowl of welcoming treats, fluffy extra-large bath towels, games in the closet and even bathrobes in the master bath.

  This home away from home could easily host a family of 8, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, laundry room and a large living/dining/kitchen area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

  It's just a short walk from the South Causeway which takes you to the island. Lots of different birds to see. There are places to shop and eat just a few blocks away including a Lowe's grocery store if you're inclined to cook at the house or just need snacks. We had the whole lower floor of the house to ourselves. Tracy met us during our stay as he lives upstairs and we enjoyed talking with him about the area and things in general.

  We would definitely book there again!
