CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 7562
- To unlock, push the 'Yale' icon on the top of the keypad to light up the keypad. Enter the code and the deadbolt will unlock
- To lock, pull the door shut firmly with the door handle. Push the 'padlock' icon on the keypad and the deadbolt will lock
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please leave the access key card in the room upon departure for the next guest
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all personal belongings
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Place all used towels on the bathroom floor
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please set the temperature in the unit to 69-70 degrees
- Please leave the parking pass and pool band in the unit upon departure
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Wristbands for the community can be found inside the unit upon arrival.  Wristbands must be worn at all times for identification and access purposes
- A key card is provided for accessing the resort from the beach, parking garage, and other areas. IMPORTANT: Leave the access card in the room upon departure for the next guest

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the community parking garage across from the resort
