    This unit needed major upgrades to living room furniture. The couches were uncomfortable and provided no support. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were filthy inside and out and did not have the basic utensils (larger skillet, measuring cups, measuring spoons). The cabinets were falling apart. There was insufficient silverware to go past one meal. The knob on the washing machine was broken. The dishwasher did not complete the cycle past the wash and rinse. It popped open before the sanitize dry cycle started, so the dishes were wet and had to be dried by hand before returning to the cabinets. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The baseboards were filthy. The toilet roll holder in the main bathroom was ready to fall off the wall. The toilets did not flush properly. The windows were filthy. The window in the spare bedroom was broken. The overall state of the unit was “we want money and don’t care what the unit looks like.” This is the the third VRBO listing we have used and have been disappointed all three times. We will not use your company again.

    -Regarding the kitchen needs, we sincerely appreciate the thorough inspection and effort made by our Contact/Cleaning person to address any issues. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by missing silverware and utensils taken by previous guests. Rest assured, our team has taken prompt action to address the pots and pans, and they are indeed available in the cabinet for future guests to enjoy.
    -We understand that the Lazy Susan cabinet might have been a bit tricky to operate, and we apologize for any confusion. It is important to note that the cabinets are not broken, and we will certainly provide clearer instructions to make their usage more straightforward for everyone.
    -Our team has confirmed that the washer is in proper working order, and there is no missing knob. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding. We will continue to diligently maintain and inspect all amenities to ensure they are in good working condition for our guests' comfort and convenience.
    -We are grateful for the quick repair of the window in the spare bedroom, and we apologize for any oversight. Our team remains committed to promptly addressing any issues that may arise to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests.
    -Regarding the toilet roll holder, we're glad it has been repaired, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay. Rest assured, we strive to ensure that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable experience.
    -We are thrilled to note we are replacing all the mattresses in the unit very shortly. This proactive approach truly showcases our commitment to maintaining the highest standards for your guests' comfort.

    We booked the property to enjoy a last of the summer trip for the kids as well as my daughter's birthday trip, and it was really nice. It was clean and had everything that was needed. Directions was laid out and ready to follow. No complaints my family enjoyed our stay, and being some place comfortable is always a plus and a need when on vacation. Thank you!
