Positives and negatives.
3/5 The condo was very clean, the location was great, it was good to have an elevator, and there were lots of conveniences, i. e. anything we might need and extra treats. However, being two people in their 80's, we found the 18-20 throw rugs very dangerous tripping hazards. We removed them and stacked them against the wall out of the way. My husband would have liked to have had instructions for the television which we suggested to our host. The king sized bed was very hard and left us both with aching hips. In preparation to leaving, we found that the dishwasher did not wash well and had to hand wash dishes in order to leave them clean as requested. Over all our stay was 3 out of 5 stars.

- Thanks for your feedback regarding the rugs. While previous guests haven't raised concerns about them, we understand that everyone's preferences differ.
- There are instructions in the house on how to use the TV. However, we'll do our best to get a list of available programs from the cable company.
- While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. We're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
- We're sorry to hear about the issue with the dishwasher. We wish we had known about it during your stay so we could have addressed it promptly. Rest assured, the problem has been fixed now.

5/5 Clean and cozy condo! We packed accordingly, but if you forget any toiletries they have everything you need. The sliding door as mentioned wasn’t great, but we loved the area and the view. We would love to go back. So many great restaurants and piers super close.

5/5 We had a great stay there! Wonderful view from the 15th floor. They had everything you need and more. The host was so nice and immediate to address any questions you had. Hopefully we will be back next year!
