  It is really small. Great for one person I am not sure how 4 adults could stay comfortably. I have very Tall kids, they would of never fit in the bunk beds. The room is really small I alone didn’t like the close quarters. The price per night fits it well it the additional charges which makes me question.

  The access to the beach was perfect! So if you don’t mind tight quarters it’s an amazing place!

  I did enjoy myself and I will go back! It’s cute and clean. The balcony is perfect and the view is good!!

  The best thing about this condo is the proximity to the beach. It’s such a quick walk to the sand! The condo itself was cute, but definitely tiny. The bedroom is a shoe box, but the bed was very comfortable. We got a great rate as we booked very last minute, but had I paid the regular price I would’ve been a little disappointed. I don’t love the condo neighborhood as much as other places I’ve stayed in HHI. All in all, a nice stay for a short trip, but there’s room for improvement.

• Quick getaway

  This was a quick trip for me and my husband. The place was clean and had nice amenities.

• Cozy Little Condo — Close Walk To The Beach

  The best part of the condo was the beach proximity, hands down. We were right by the boardwalk and it was maybe a three minute walk until you hit the sand!

  The condo itself was very cozy, but definitely tiny. The bedroom is a shoe box, but the bed was extremely comfortable. The living space was open which made it feel a little more spacious than it actually was.

  The building is older and didn’t feel luxurious by any means, but for a little last minute trip to the beach with my husband and baby it was all we needed.

  We’ve stayed on other beaches in HHI and much prefer being near Coligny Beach with proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc., but Folly Fields beach is more secluded if that’s what you’re looking for.

  We got a great rate for the condo as we booked very last minute, and for what we paid I feel satisfied with my stay.
