Home away from home.
5/5 If you’re looking for a stay that feels private and out of town with extra parking and space for the kids to run or to park the boat, then this place is perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor fire place just above the creek!
5 min drive to the ocean, 10 minute drive to the stores. We loved it!
Only things (we) weren’t huge fans of
1) was the driveway, it’s a tight fit for pulling a boat through. We made our 24 foot boat through but could only make it through if we came in when turning left.
2) the creek below the house was a little sketchy for little ones. The back yard has a steep hill straight to the creek. I decided against letting my kids play back there at all. One missed step and they would fall down to the creek.
I would recommend a small see through fence to avoid that and to still get the beautiful views.
Overall, we loved our stay, everything felt at home. Thank you!
