4/5 Property was beautiful but if you can not have extra guest to the house or if more than 5 cars are parked you can get kicked out without a refund the beds need new mattress and the wifi was crappy could only get 2 channels plus stove had weeks of old food left in the oven the house smelled like death for 2 days even after they came right away to clean the stove it was pork left in the oven it was discussting

1/5 Never rent from these ppl they charged me 180 for garbage bag with paper no trash a unopened food left in the refrigerator ....I cleaned this place throughly I thought I was doing something great by leaving unopened food for whoever this ridiculous....certain things didnt the comforter had stains on them....but have the nerve to charge a 180 dollars over something you had to remove anyway

Hi Kenneth, the homeowners have asked us to share this response: Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, our cleaning crew charged us an additional $180 due to the three extra hours of cleaning that were required after your stay. The carpets had to be shampooed due to stains throughout the home, including bloodstains that took a lot of time and effort to get out. There were excessive dirty dishes left behind that took quite a bit of time to wash up and put away. The crew also had to wipe down the walls due to unknown substances all over them. Thankfully they were able to be cleaned, and we did not have to repaint. Our cleaning crew also suspected you brought a pet though you had not paid the pet fee. The linens were extra dirty and had to be double washed to get them clean. We're sorry if the reason for the extra cleaning charged wasn't clearly explained to you. We want our guests to have a great experience here, but we also want them to respect our home and treat it well. After your stay, the house was in terrible disarray that required additional cleaning time and an additional charge from our cleaners, hence the extra fees for you.
