Charming and Peaceful
5/5 First of all, reserving this charming home was easy. All of my questions were answered quickly. When we arrived the home was just as it was described. The home was clean and very cozy. The back porch view is of a motel/Inn. But there were a lot of trees. The beds were very comfortable. We made a stop to purchase groceries and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The upstairs balcony had a better view and the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. Plenty of towels for everyone in the bathrooms, both had stand up showers. Only about 2 blocks from Midtown, the walk is a little hilly. Stopped at the river before moving on to shopping. Lots of shops were open and the staff at each were so friendly and not pushy. Best way to end a day was to sit on the back porch and feel the breeze with a drink, Even though there were people that live adjacent we could not hear them once were inside, everyone was very friendly. We saw deer in the front yard and horses across the street on the golf course. This house is very family friendly. Baby Gate came in handy to keep the baby from climbing the stairs.

Almost perfect... for a party of 9 adults

-Good location - near shops, stores, etc
-Solid Wi-Fi - access to streaming channels included (netflix, amazon at least)
-Property was as described. Cozy, warm and accommodating
Dislikes: (needs improvement)
-Appliances were a bit dated but still works
-Sliding windows in the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms could not be securely locked
- Needed more lighting outside the property (very dark at night)
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but will be looking somewhere else next time we are in the area
