  This house is great for those needing a quiet place to stay in the Greensboro area. We had an event at the coliseum and this house was very convenient to that area. Not to mention, we made friends with the ducks that live at the pond and enjoyed feeding them every morning and night while we stayed. They would come up and greet us whenever we came outside! The house has all new appliances and TV’s in all the bedrooms. Only thing I would suggest, is if you like a harder pillow I would bring your own cause they are a little soft.

  This home has lots of potential and you can tell they are doing a lot of improvements to the home. They are not finished but you have to appreciate the work put in. My only suggestion would be have professional cleaners to clean property. They could remove the spider webs that are on most of the door jams. They could also use new furniture (old and not in the best condition) it takes away from the beauty of the home. I suggest high end finishing and screen in the outside sitting area.

  My friends enjoyed the home and location. If there was no rain we really could've enjoyed the firepit.

  Let me first start by saying the location was great. I would say it was described correctly.

  1. Beds are decent hideaway beds are old and mattress are worn out. We just pulled mattresses off and put on floor much much nicer sleep.

  2. We had family that live in Greensboro we were visiting so Sat morning while we are all out there enjoying the patio/carport which is super cool plenty of outside seating maybe time to clean out door cushions but hey it’s out side they were super comfy.

  3. I would have liked to went out on the cute paddle boat too; but it should have been dumped of water It was full and unusable.

  4. the pond the birds the ducks absolute serenity.

  5. The house is old so every step made on old wooden floors; it creaks no tip toes in this house lol. The furniture was comfortable nothing fancy not complaining it was a little dirty but not all cleaners notify owners I would definitely have the couches steamed cleaned soon.

  Plenty of seating for our family it worked perfectly. Plenty of parking

  Easy access great tv selections.

  Tons of extra bedding pillows comforters.

  I would definitely recommend to stay here again and I would in a heart beat.

  We were extremely blessed and just wanted to be 100 transparent. So others know what to expect.
