  Condo was short on many supplies. No garbage bags no cleaner for kitchen surfaces. Excessive cleaning fee.

  Hi Will, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups.
  - The condo is furnished with linens and towels for six guests during each stay, including sheets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, bath mat towels, makeup towels, soap, and lotion.
  - Additionally, our property manager provides supplies for every reservation, which are placed on the counter or below the sink. These supplies include two laundry pods, two garbage bags, trash bags in the bathrooms, 3 oz. dish detergent, two dishwasher tabs, and a sponge for cleaning pots and pans. We also provide hand soap in a dispenser. Please note that we do not provide cleaning supplies to ensure the safety of children. Guests are expected to purchase any additional supplies they may need for their stay.
  - The cleaning/linen fee is consistent for all guests and is listed in both the listing and the confirmation email from the property manager. We strive to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservation.

  This condo is so nice, clean and roomy. This was our second stay and hopefully won’t be our last. This visit, the pool key was misplaced by the previous renters. I called VRO Team and Stew was wonderful. We were given a replacement pool key within about an hour of calling. Awesome stay, awesome facilities, awesome customer service!

  We liked the condo but unfortunately it did not have certain things we are used to having in a “Fully Equipped Kitchen “. We had to call for extra dish towels because we wash all our dishes instead of use a dishwasher. Only one of the bathrooms had a dark colored wash cloth as we were to to use this for make up (the main bathroom had none”. The tv system was definitely a challenge for us and especially my elderly father! There is no cleaning supplies such as vacuum mop bucket etc. beautiful area.

  Gem of a place! Very clean and had everything you might need for a nice stay. Has outdoor pool, indoor pool, and fitness area. All areas clean and well maintained. Excellent suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops.

  So satisfied, we went ahead and booked our next stay here in the same place!
