5/5 Beautiful house close to Campbell point in shell knob. Recently updated and comes with everything you need. Plenty of room to bring the whole family and relax and enjoy your time at the lake.

Quiet but needs to be cleaned better
3/5 Overall, this place was quiet and accommodated our family of 7 adults and a 19 month old for Thanksgiving. The maid service is not the best; there was an inch or two of dust on the ceiling fan so we couldn't use that, the window sills were very dirty, and the coffee table and surfaces were dusty. A bar stool broke, the ice maker in the fridge didn't work, and the temperature of the downstairs area is 10 degrees cooler than the upstairs. The location was not bad at all just not close to Branson (an hous away) and we didn't pay attention to that when booking. This house was overall nice to stay in for Thanksgiving just not what I expected for my first time staying in an vrbo. The guest contact, however, was friendly, responsive, and informative so she deserves 5 stars!

3/5 This could be a great place with a little cleaning. There way tons of dirt & hair (probably dog) everywhere!! Don't think it has been swept / clean for a while. Almost every lamp was either unplugged or had no light bulb.
