  Maison propre à l’intérieur et très bien située. Les lits sont confortables. Pour une location, il manque de support à serviettes dans les chambres et des crochets. Il n’y avait pas de linges à vaisselle. La maison commence à avoir des infiltrations d’eau sur les rebords de fenêtres. Ma fille a trouvé deux chevalier d’argent dans son lit. Bien que la maison soit propre, cette maison aurait besoin d’amour.Sur le patio, 4 chaises extérieures, ce n’est pas suffisant. Il y a bien un autre set de patio qui pourrait être utile et très agréable, il est sale et insalubre. On ne vient pas en vacance pour frotter. Le côté nord du chalet où il y a une petite cour intime n’est pas utilisable. Le bardeau est verdi et non entretenu. Bien que nous ayons passons un très agréable séjour, nous reviendrons à Hyannis mais dans une autre maison.

  Hi Isabelle, we’re so glad you enjoyed the location, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:
  - There are towel hooks in the bathroom, and there are dish towels in the kitchen. We wish you would have reached out during your stay so that we had the opportunity to direct you to them.
  - Due to the extreme heat in the area, condensation can occur on the windows.
  - We do our best to keep the outdoor furniture clean and ready for guests, but this can sometimes be difficult if there is any inclement weather after the property is cleaned. The courtyard area is not advertised as an amenity for our guests, and the deck is not a big enough space to add another furniture set. We apologize if this negatively impacted your stay.
  - Cleanliness and sanitization are our top priorities, and the home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. That being said, we'll pass this feedback along to our cleaning crew so future guests do not have the same experience.

  The house was down the block from the beach on a quiet street. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner/manager was very responsive! I would definitely stay there again.
