  Awesome family Christmas! This house was very clean and well stocked. Bedrooms to accommodate all 20 of us. Added bonus was the gym and a basement for our grandkids to hang out in. Seth was very prompt in answering my questions! Another added bonus was a very pretty decorated tree in living room! Hot tub worked well!! I would recommend this place!! Thanks Seth for being so kind!!

• Fantastic Family Vacation Home!

  This is the second year that we have rented this beautiful home for our family "Christmas" which we celebrate after Christmas. There are 19 of us, 5 families in all, and the layout with a large kitchen, dining and living room are great! Having large bedrooms with attached bathrooms is a huge bonus so that every family has adequate space and privacy. There are many great entertainment options both inside and outside.

  It is well stocked and furnished. It was clean and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub is a great place to relax and talk, there are multiple large TVs for movie watching. The gym is a huge bonus. Even though we stayed here in the winter (which is great), I can imagine that renting this in the summer or fall would be fantastic. It is a great year-around rental and you can find plenty to do no matter the time of year.

  Communication between us and Seth was excellent. He was prompt to answer our questions and extremely helpful.

  I highly recommend this rental.

  Overall we had a great time on our family vacation. We had a total of 8 adults and 8 children under the age of 6. The house worked great with everyone being able to have their own bedroom and bathroom which was important to us. We did have 90* weather and not all the bedrooms have A/C. It did get warm for sleeping in the master bedroom even with the ceiling fan on.

  The location of the home is great as we went to Silverwood two days and spent time on the lake in Dover Bay and Sandpoint the rest of the days. We did not use the kayaks on the river across the street. They had plenty available but it is quite a ways to carry them to the dock.

  The positive’s of the house were two sets of washers and dryers and available laundry detergent to use. Lots of beach towels available to use and ample supply of toilet paper and paper towels. There were staple spices in the cupboard to use.

  The furnishings in the house are older and a little mismatched not looking quite as good as the pictures. A little lacking in knives and some silverware for a big group. The oven was quite dirty and the racks were hard to pull out. The A/C did work good in the mail living area.

  The house could have been cleaner as there were bugs in the windowsill and bathroom in one of the upstairs bedroom.

  The kids really enjoyed the swing set and the sandbox outside. We had wild turkeys visit every morning. We did not use the hot tub as it was very hot while we were there. It did look nice and in good condition.

  We did use the gas bbq every night and it worked well. The area has a lot of old stuff being stored there along with a very old broken down ping pong table.

  The shared gym area was large with some old exercise equipment in it. I would recommend to bring your own basketball and pickle ball equipment if you want to use it as theirs was in pretty rough shape.

  Overall we had a nice time and the owners were very nice to communicate with.

  We loved the space but it could use a little tlc.

• Amazing place to stay!!!

  We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay in this beautiful cabin in Sagle ID!! This large cabin was perfect for our large family! The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could possibly need, the hot tub was perfect, the beds were so comfortable. We had so much fun with the kayaks and loved fishing in the beautiful river. We had a blast with the basketball and pickle ball courts. Evenings were so fun with the fire pit and the littles spent hours playing outside and in the sand box. The only thing we lacked was more time to stay there!!! The hosts were so responsive, helpful, and kind to communicate with. All of our children and grandchildren are hoping we make staying at this beautiful home in Sagle a regular tradition.
