Not worth the price. We had to clean before settling in
2/5 The good: Property management was very friendly and accommodating, especially with me needing to adjust dates by a day. They communicated regularly with all the information needed.
The bad: The house was not clean and unorganized. We had to wash towels in order to use them. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed felt like the springs were going to stab you. The lights flicker in a way that seem like a fire hazard. Kitchen utensils had food on them in the drawers. We had to clear and sanitize the dining table before using. Food was smeared all over it.

Regarding the cleanliness issues you mentioned, we take cleanliness very seriously and have never received such feedback before or since your stay. Our cleaning team is meticulous and provides thorough service, including sanitizing all areas of the property, including kitchen utensils and dining tables. We also provide an abundance of clean towels to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
Regarding the comfort of the beds and the flickering lights, we will investigate these matters immediately to address any potential concerns and ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
We are also concerned to hear that blankets were missing from the property. We will look into this matter further to ensure all necessary items are available for our guests' use.

5/5 The house was perfect for our family while visiting the area for my son's Airborne Graduation. We had plenty of room and the backyard was perfect for my grandson to run around and burn off some energy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was located near a Walmart and grocery store. I would definitely rebook if in the area again.
