Great location in Pass a Grille
4/5 Great location. Unit was comfortable. Good layout and some updating was done. Bathroom needs updating. Tile was painted and peeling now. It needed blackout curtains due to the bright public lighting outside at night.

4/5 Location is perfect. Building with many units was surprisingly quiet. The bathroom is frankly horrific - never renovated, literally a nook, shower doesn't fit adults, tile painted over and peeling.
