• ASK QUESTIONS/BAD STAY!!!

  Arrived to the property at 1am immediately had issues with the lock to house, the code emailed to me did not work. We could not get into the house till 1:45am. After this the code was changed about 3 more times & we got locked out a bunch. My 3 children were exhausted when we first arrived the first night, especially my youngest! I thought that would be the end of the trouble unfortunately I was wrong. Here is a list of some of the other issues we incurred;

  1) Broken bathroom door (Looks like water damage, the wood is all broken, & coming apart. Definitely was scared my children would cut themselves! Super dangerous!)

  2) Main room door has broken wood pieces too (that I had no idea about & I sliced my finger pretty badly with blood going everywhere when trying to close the door!!! This was bad!

  3) Main bedroom bed is extremely squeaky can’t move in it without a noise & very uncomfortable

  4) Living room sofa & Sunroom bed sofa’s were absolutely horrible & not sleep-able at all (couch itself was more comfortable) Had to go spend more money & purchase a couple air mattresses

  5) Sun room couldn’t even try to stay in there as the smell was soo bad (opened windows when it wasn't raining to try to air it out)

  6) 2nd bedrooms dresser bottom drawer is also broken & can't open it all the way

  7) Main bedroom closet door is also broken & falls off hinges

  8) There was no sponge to clean dishes which isn't the end of the world but it'd be nice to have & I bought one

  9) The shower head could really be upgraded as barely any water comes out (So if your a female with hair it’ll take awhile to rinse everything out)

  10) Knives, can opener, & scissors all need some good sharpening

  11) Not sure why but the cups all smelled horrible until I washed them a couple times before using

  12) The garage door is also breaking with the wood pieces

  13) Description online said there was a dedicated work space & of course there wasn't (husband really needed this)

  14) Dryer works but no heat was coming from it at all. Meaning it takes extra long to dry anything

  15) Not sure why I was only given 3 washer detergent pods for my stay (this was not the end of the world)

  16) We also had no idea when garbage was supposed to be taken out.

  All this said we will not be returning ever as there were to many problems, we were definitely unsatisfied, was dangerous, & instead of leaving rested/happy from our stay we are exhausted. We stayed only because there was nothing else available around!

  Fantastic centre location, plenty of places to walk too. House was very well set up and covered all our needs for the days need spent there. Nicely decorated and with bikes and games for everyone.
