• Gorgeous Property!

  We enjoyed our stay at “ Sailors’s Retreat” over spring break! The backyard view on the water is breathtaking! Very private and quiet. Kids enjoyed hoping out of the pool and grabbing their fishing poles and fishing off the dock. House was very well equipped with everything we needed, including pool towels. Saw dolphins every morning too! Drove to AMI for a beach day. Recommend parking at Coquina Beach by 9:30am for tons of free parking. Utilized the trolley as well to head up north to Bridge Street from Coquina which was a great way to save $ on parking. All in all a great week!

  Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The backyard view was beautiful and we got to see dolphins! The pool was amazing and everyone in the family enjoyed it. Definitely would be a place we would go back to.

  WENT BY TOO QUICK GREAT PLACE TO STAY ONLY THING THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED ARE THE BEES IN THE DRIVEWAY FRONT TREE OTHERWISE NO PROBLEMS.

• Needs some Love and Attention

  Opportunities

  -Beds need replaced, as not comfortable in both main rooms

  -Pool heater only worked 2 nights of the 6 nights we stayed

  -toilet paper and trash bags were not supplied

  -sprinklers ran every evening

  -kitchen supplies were limited and hard to find (not organized) ex: no tin foil, no good usable spices,

  -t.v.s were very hard to get to work

  -outdoor furniture and interior couch needs replaced

  Positives

  -beautiful location

  -beautiful pool

  -great dock

  -owners were responsive with communication

  -lots of amenities

  - First, we apologize for any discomfort experienced with the beds and pool heater during your stay. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, and we regret any inconvenience caused. Regarding the pool heater, we can confirm that it was working correctly upon your arrival, and any issues that arose may have been due to adjustments made to the settings during your stay. We appreciate your patience as we addressed these concerns promptly.
  - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, which includes, 1 toilet roll per bathroom, i paper towel for the kitchen, and 1 trash bag per trash bin, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies.
  - We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the sprinklers running in the evenings. We will review and adjust the irrigation schedule to minimize disruption to our guests in the future.
  - In terms of kitchen supplies, we regret that you found them limited and disorganized. We will take steps to improve organization and ensure that essential items such as tin foil and spices are readily accessible for our guests.
  - As for the difficulty with the TVs and the condition of the outdoor furniture and interior couch, we appreciate your feedback and will assess these areas to ensure they meet the expectations of our guests.
