  This vacation rental does give off “catfish” vibes as it looks really beautiful in the photos. The photos don’t show the very outdated bathroom and lack of space for guests. For sleeping 12 people, it’s a stretch. The double queen room is incredibly small and will require you to place your belongings in the hallway. The bathrooms don’t come with enough towels nor body wash. The linens were scratchy and pillows were not plush. The location is great and the hot tub is awesome, but I would not stay at this location again.

  As far as customer service goes, I had the worst time dealing with Evolve and the guest contact information provided. Evolve recommended we contact a phone number prior to our stay if we had any questions and when I called regarding parking, then mentioned our reservation didn’t exist. The condo had no record of Evolve booking us and told us the unit # we were assigned had been taken already. After countless hours on the phone with post the Timer Run guest contact and Evolve customer service, the issue was resolved without any sort of compensation. To receive news two days before check-in that our reservation didn’t exist put lots of stress on our group. Overall, I will not book with Evolve again. Pay the $100 extra to book through Airbnb.

  Hi Kendall, we're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The condo is designed to accommodate large groups comfortably, with two main bedrooms featuring king beds, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a loft equipped with a double queen bunk. While the loft may not be a full-size room, it's intended to provide additional sleeping space, perfect for children.
  - The condo has all-new furniture and cookware to enhance our guests' comfort and convenience
  - The bathrooms have extra large tubs with surround walls, all of which are in excellent condition. The downstairs main shower is a tile shower, also in excellent condition. If there were any concerns about outdated amenities, we would have promptly renovated them.
  - We provided four towels for each bathroom for a total of 12 towels, which is more than the standard for vacation rentals.
  - The linens are top-notch linens, and we have never had any concerns about scratchiness. The pillows are brand new, with two different styles on each bed according to personal preference.
  - We're sorry to hear there was some confusion during our communication. It's possible you called another rental company, as our team tried to reach you several times to give you the correct information.
  We strive to ensure that our guests have the best vacation possible, and we sincerely hope that you'll consider staying with us again for an even better experience.
