5/5 Spacious. Attentive to needs
What a gem!
4/5 Great location, clean, and perfect for a family. I rated the “accuracy of listing” as a three though because the “Queen” bed in one of the bedrooms is really a full size bed. However, there was a bonus room/office that we dragged a desk out of and bought an air mattress for our son. We were going to have the twins share the Queen, but they are 6’5” and 6’3” and they did not fit in the full. While it’s not technically a bedroom, I would put a twin trundle day bed in there and you can sleep a few more. Or at least spread out a little more. My only other minor comment is that the living had 2 chairs and a love seat, not enough space for everyone (mom/dad and four kids) to hang out comfortably. There is plenty of room for a couch, even a sectional. I say this is a minor issue, because we were hardly in the vrbo with so many great things to do in Manitou Springs, COS, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, etc. I especially loved the spring water sounds as background noise! We give you extra points for having coffee filters, spices, a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/soap - not having to buy them (which we would have since we flew) was a huge perk. Thank you!
