Family Trip to the mountains
5/5 My wife and I are regulars to CO and the mountains but this trip we brought some family that had never experienced skiing or the mountains. This was a perfect place. Slept all comfortably and was a great location. Highly recommend and would definitely book again with a larger group.
Cozy place in Fraser, close to everthing
5/5 We loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described and perfect! The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The layout was great. It's close to the grocery store and only a 10 minute drive to Winter Park resort. Everyone was happy - this was one of the best places we've stayed.

Spacious house in nice neighborhood
4/5 Location was perfect to go into Fraser and winterpark on bikes or drive. The house was perfect size for our family of 8. There is train that goes by every night multiple times. So bring ear plugs. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and Beds were comfortable. It Didn’t feel super clean when we arrived, so we washed all bathroom rugs and swept. Dishwasher door was smudged with food so we Lysol wiped everything down in kitchen. Management company was prompt and helpful every time I texted. Hot tub was broken and they had repair guy come out to fix it by mid week of our trip. We enjoyed using it once it was fixed. All in all I would suggest this place to stay and I would stay again as well. One thing that would be nice to have access to is a vacuum. I borrowed neighbors mid week to tidy up.
