4/5 Overall great, ... listing states crockpot but there wasn't one in the unit. Left message for property manager but never heard back from them. Great location, easy access, Nice home!

Perfect Location
5/5 This was great for us because our daughter and her family live in the next courtyard so everyone had their own space.
The condo was exactly as shown. The owner was most helpful. We’ll definitely stay every time we visit our family!

Great location, subpar heat
4/5 Great location, convenient to skiing at Beaver Creek and restaurants etc in Edwards. The unit itself was a good size for two adults and a child.
I am knocking the overall rating down due to the lack of heat in the unit. The baseboard heating did not work in one of the two bedrooms, so that space was very cold. In addition, the pellet stove in the main area did not work. Both of these were inconveniences for a cold weekend but would be a deal killer for a longer stay. Most frustrating, I emailed the property manager twice about the issues thinking that they would come and fix them, and they never even acknowledged or responded to my messages. Maybe a better place to stay in the warmer months.

I am sorry for the lack of heat that you experienced and, also the poor response from the Property Manager, no one wants to be frustrated or cold on their vacation. The baseboard heater in the bedrooms works well again and, better instructions are in the unit so that the pellet stove quickly heats up and keeps things cozy. I am sorry you had challenges in your stay. Shouldn't happen again, your feedback is very valuable for us!

5/5 All went very smoothly nice space perfect for 4 people. Great location close to restaurants.
