    The place was bare minimum. It's ok place. There was some pro but more cons. Overall place needs some updates.

    I'll start with the pros:

    - When emailing the owner, they were quick to response about questions.

    - Location was good, parking was good.

    - Place had sleds for the kids, and it was right next to a basketball court which was super convenient when it's covered in snow so play.

    Cons:

    - Water system was awkward, it would get really hot and the faucets was loose. Hard to control the tempetures.

    - Kitchen: Stove wasn't fully functioning, was easy to cook on, kitchen sink was low pressure water.

    - Sliding door windows: blinds were missing, not easy to close / open.

    - Towels: there were some brown spots on the white towels. Not sure if they were properly wash along w/ other things.

    - Place isn't ready for an EV car if need to charge.

    Regarding the issues you encountered:

    We apologize for the inconvenience with the water system. The hot water knob was indeed loose but has now been fixed. Our shower knobs are designed with separate controls for hot and cold water for precise temperature adjustments. The knobs operate like traditional water faucets, turning them one way increases the water pressure, and turning it the other way decreases the water pressure or shuts it off. We wish we had been informed during your stay to address this minor issue promptly.

    We understand the confusion with our new, high-tech stove. It features 15 different oven settings to cater to a wide range of cooking needs, which can be overwhelming without prior experience. We're considering creating a guide to help guests navigate its functions more easily.

    Water pressure in mountain locations like ours can indeed vary due to varying conditions such as ambient temperature and snow.

    Blinds: We verified the blinds are in working condition. Operating them requires twisting the wand to open the blinds before sliding the blinds over for full exposure.

    The condition of the towels you described is unacceptable, and we have addressed this concern with our cleaning service. We have verified that the towels were indeed cleaned, and the stains were purely cosmetic. However, we have requested the cleaning service to ensure all linens are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before guest arrival.

    Regarding EV charging, you're correct that our area currently has limited infrastructure for electric vehicles. This is a broader challenge in Mammoth Lakes.

    The condo was clean, good location in town, and all accommodations you can expect at this price range. The owners can update/replace the silverware. Also make sure the balcony is clean before guest arrive. Other than we had a good experience staying at this condo.

    From the owner: "Hi George, it was a pleasure having you stay at our place Due to the record setting snow, the maintenance crew has been backed up all season and cannot get to cleaning all the balconies. The town is in a state of emergency, and all resources are directed to the public first. As soon as the town gets caught up with the snow removal, we will be able to direct those resources to the individual condo complexes, and in turn, to the individual units and their balconies. We ask that all guests exercise their patience this season as Mammoth Lakes has never had this much snow on record. The good thing is that looks like there will be skiing well into the summer in Mammoth Lakes!"

    The washer was not working, it would not spin my clothes. After talking to owner he advised of how to get it working but by then it was too late and i had to take my soaken clothes in a bag to dry at home. Also, the ceiling fan in the 2nd room was not working.

    - We're sorry you had difficulties working the washing machine. We stopped by the house and found that it does work. The lid just has to be tightly closed as stated in the Welcome Book. There are also on-site washing machines and dryers on the premises. Although we spoke about this issue throughout your stay, we wish you would've reached out and we would have come by to assist you and walk you through the process.

    - Due to safety and liability concerns for small children on the upper bunk, the fan has been switched off. We're sorry if this made your stay uncomfortable in any way. We do provide table fans for the bedrooms.

    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

    First impression was the Lady Manager "Kelli", Very NICE, Responsive, Prompt, Communicative.A very cozy unit and as described in the VRBO. Gotta read the very organized and informative "Welcome Folio" (LOVE it!)...you can tell that the owner is a true fisherman. Although the fishing was on a very slow side for us, but we enjoyed our stay very much.Few things to point out: Very slow flush on both toilets, master bedroom has a walk-in closet, but locked (small sign said - water heater inside), all window screens are quite old and has many holes that mosquitoes can come inside, the sliding door screen has a big hole at the bottom (looks like someone kicked it), stove surface has few cracks from someone not being gentle on such a fragile equipment.Thank you for such a cozy and lovely place!

    Response from owner: "We are glad that you had a nice stay in our condo! And also, thank you for pointing out these issues. The closet in the master bedroom does house the water heater system which has certain controls that can cause issues with the whole complex if tampered with, so for safety and liability reasons, we have secured that closet. We have put additional luggage racks in the master bedroom to compensate for this, and cleared extra space in the closet in the forward bedroom. We will also speak to the HOA about the "slow" flush toilets, but we haven't had any reports of them not functioning. We will have the screens examined and repaired. And thank you for letting us know about the crack in the stovetop. I understand that it does not affect the functionality of the stove, but we will have that looked at also. I am glad you and your family had a nice stay. We hope to see you again!"
