Great home
5/5 Home was very clean and appliances were great. Plenty of bedrooms and the pool table was entertaining for our teenagers. Mattresses were comfortable.

The best family-friendly rental we have stayed at so far.
5/5 Everything about the house rental was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood in the east valley. Beds were comfortable, furniture comfortable, and kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the pool table. We would love to rent this house every time we come back to Arizona. 5 stars and great quality from the owners and property manager.

3/5 The location of this home is great and in a nice neighborhood. The yard of this property is awesome. The grandkids loved the pool! The slide/rock feature is falling apart and has a keep out sign on it (not in photos). The house is good for big groups but needs some updating and a good cleaning!! Don’t know if I would stay here again

- We are happy to hear your grandkids loved the pool. We apologize for the miscommunication with the rock slide. Although the slide is shown in pool photos; it is not listed in the pool amenities Though it was not a functioning slide, numerous people used it all last summer as a diving platform and broke the rock on the bottom of the slide. Due to the safety of our guests, we have made the slide inaccessible until repairs have been made to be enjoyed in the future.
- We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home between guests. We recently switched cleaners and have not had complaints regarding cleaning since working with the new cleaners. If there is anything we can do to improve please don't hesitate to reach out.
We do all we can to make our home the best possible stay as we are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.
