Beware of Neighbors
3/5 Some rude neighbors in the community. The house was nice and spacious and the owner was able to turn the self cleaning mode on the pool to clean after a big storm. The neighbors were rude and approached us for no reason. We were minding on own business trying to enjoy the pool and the neighbors kept watching us. The neighbors seemed racially motivated to say rude comments. Don’t book if you don’t have thick skin. Karen on the loose.

Hi Giovanni, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We've never encountered any issues with our neighbors in the past, whether it's been during our stays or with different renters.
- Based on our doorbell camera footage, the police arrived at the house at 12:30 AM in response to a noise complaint. It was acknowledged that alcohol had been consumed, and apologies were extended for the disturbance, with an explanation that socializing was taking place by the pool.
- We kindly request our guests to be aware that they are in a residential neighborhood and to minimize noise, especially during the nighttime hours.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Hot Family Wedding
5/5 Our family came for a wedding and this house was fantastic! This was during the record breaking streak of over 110+ degrees and the house and pool kept everyone cool and happy.
