Great family getaway

5/5 The house is up to date, comfortable and well maintained. The yard is lovely for sitting out and gazing at the hills (no house right behind it.) I've dealt with a number of management companies and Evolve is the very best. Responsive and easy to work with with clear instructions. Would rent again.

Spring Training in AZ
5/5 Outstanding in every way. The house is beautiful with a layout that is very accommodating for a large group. The pool area was the destination for the family every evening for spectacular views of the mountains at sunset. Fountain Hills is a quiet friendly little town with plenty of good restaurants, and virtually no traffic which was very nice to come back to after traveling to many of the area Spring Traing parks.
Communication with the host was easy as was check in and out. My family and I are already planning our trip for Spring Training ‘25.

5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. The home is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were wonderful.
