Nice property awesome view
5/5 The property is nice. But a little on the older side. The owners put in new washer and dryer while we were there. The microwave and dishwasher are old and hard to work or broke.
It was comfortable and nice otherwise.
The larger area is boring during the winter. Not much to do unless you like gambling. When warmer the river would offer things to do.

Spring Retreat
5/5 We were very impressed with our accomodations. Everything was as described in the listing. The Kitchen was well furnished, the beds were comfortable and the other furniture was comfortable.. We especially enjoyed the patio overlooking the Colorado River with lots of activity. We like the personal touch of night lights strung around the patio and the lighted American flag. We had one small issue with the shower, but it was taken care of immediately. I would recommend this listing,
