Great location, comfortable historic home
5/5 Our family of 4 (2 teenagers and 2 adults) spent 4 days on a family getaway to Little Rock here and this house was very cozy and centrally located.
Beds/bedding were very comfortable, smart TVs in bedroom and living room. Living room had spacious seating for 4. Plenty of parking. 1 mi to downtown restaurants. Nice big table, suitable for meals or games. Lots of charm. I’d absolutely stay here again. We felt very safe and really liked the location.

Great place and location
5/5 Central to a lot of fun places, and easy process for check in. One bedroom had see through blinds but an extra sheet fixed that problem. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good location.
5/5 The location is good for many activities in or near downtown Little Rock. The house was unique, which is something my teen looks for in a home. There are neighborhood cats that were a huge hit for our adult daughter. It was exactly as described.

Nice place downtown area
5/5 This was our first time staying in an air BNB and it was a last minute booking. We loved it. Very comfortable, clean and close to things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.
