4/5 Over all not a bad place to stay but a few grips. Tryed to send a few question's before booking on two places managed by the same group never heard back. Booked anyway. The hotub was not that private which could have been fixed with a few not so hard to place coverings. The house next to it was close and had large dogs bark when ever you went out back. Not a big deal but half the tub didnt bubble but it was hot which is good.
The shade in the windows had to be manually opened and closed not a big deal but should be replaced.
Wife really didn't like they don't have a full size ironing board but have plenty of space for one.
My daughter like the dart board and if the weather was better i would have loved sitting on the nice front porch
Overall not a bad place but would i stay there again probably not till they fix the privacy of the hot tub

Would stay here again
5/5 We had a great stay at this property. The property matched the photos and description shown. They thought of everything from kitchen cabinets labeled with what was in them to ping pong and darts to great outdoor spaces with multiple seating areas and chiminea. It was conveniently located a short distance from Eureka Springs and about a 30-minute drive from Dogwood Canyon.
The property manager/owner responded quickly to a hot tub question and resolved the issue.
We would stay here again.
